A Little About Lavender Right Now
In September we are winding down our harvest. We are distilling frequently, which is a sight to see and smell. The rest of the lavender we hang to dry to use in sachets, crafting, and cooking. A lot of it has dried, so we are also processing it to take it off the stem, screen it, and get it ready for crafting and eating.
